Date and Walnut Cinnamon Stuffed Roasted Apples
I have something of a fear of apple corers, but if you are feeling brave (as I encourage myself to be when I want a nice autumn pudding) I can think of few things nicer than these sticky date and walnut cinnamon-stuffed apples. Serve with ice cream or lightly sugared mascarpone on the side.
|small eating apples (e.g Braeburns)

|dates, finely chopped
