What’s  better  than  shop-bought  ravioli?  Crispy  shop-bought  ravioli. A novelty dish, but a fun one to wheel out hot with a glass of something cold (and ideally fizzy) – purists look away, because the sour cream and chive dip really makes this dish. I forgot to scatter parmesan over the ones opposite before baking, but I have included it in the method below so you don’t.
