Christmas Spice Cocktail
Here’s to all the flavours of Christmas in one fruity and spicy concoction. I recommend George’s Old 59 for its cardamom and orange notes but your pick of gin will also work just fine.
|30ml||George’s Old 59 gin or similar|
|5ml||Pimento Dram liqueur|
|15ml||pomegranate syrup (or grenadine)|
You will need: a Boston shaker.
Glass: Champagne flute. Garnish: orange zest studded with three cloves.
Pour the gin, Pimento Dram, lemon juice and pomegranate syrup into a Boston shaker. Fill with ice and shake until cold. Fine strain into the champagne flute and top with chilled prosecco. Garnish with an orange peel studded with cloves.
