plain flour
free-range eggs
milk
feta cheese, crumbled
cherry tomatoes on the vine
jar sliced artichoke hearts, drained
fresh dill, roughly chopped
For the salad:
baby leaf spinach
extra virgin olive oil
lemon, juice only
sea salt
