Introduction
This is a simple, filling side dish: broccoli and blue cheese are one of my favourite flavour combinations, and work beautifully here with a touch of sweetness from the oranges and honey-lemon dressing.

Tenderstem broccoli spears, blanched | |
olive oil, for brushing | |
blood oranges or ordinary oranges, peeled and sliced | |
blue cheese, crumbled | |
toasted walnuts, roughly chopped | |
For the dressing: | |
extra virgin olive oil | |
lemon, juice only | |
honey | |
sea salt flakes |
