Who’s the author? Katy Beskow is an award-winning cook, recipe developer, cookery tutor and bestselling author of multiple cookbooks. A self-taught culinarian, Katy embraced a vegan diet back in 2006 and her ethos has always been about making plant-based cooking unfussy and inexpensive.
