Who's the author? A plant-based chef and mum of two with her own Brighton food brand, Gem’s Wholesome Kitchen, Gemma Ogston has amassed a solid fan base of food lovers who love her nourishing, flavour-packed Nourish Packages to takeaway. Gemma started her catering business as a 'vegan takeaway' from her Barcelona apartment, when she'd cook up a plant-based meal, posting it on Facebook and waiting for the orders to roll in – word spread and soon her business flourished. The rest is history!
