Who’s the author? Nud Dudhia and Chris Whitney are the founders of the hit restaurant Breddos Tacos. From humble beginnings as a taco shack made from scrap wood in an East London car park back in 2011, they now have a permanent restaurant in Clerkenwell, London, as well as well as numerous kiosk sites and pop-ups around the world.
