Who is the author: Mexican-born and London-based chef Susana Villasuso runs an Instagram page (@holasus) and a blog (Life Limon y Sal), where she showcases simple, authentic Mexican food that is delicious and easy to make.

What’s it about: Susana grew up learning to cook from both her mother and grandmother. In this debut cookbook, she blends modern and authentic Mexican recipes, using easily available supermarket ingredients.
