Who’s the author? Jessica Elliott Dennison was raised in London and spent time living in Sydney and Bangkok, which heavily influenced her approach to cooking.
In addition to working on Jamie Oliver’s team developing food and kitchenware products, and running the Edinburgh-based Elliott’s Café and Elliot’s Studio, Jessica’s food styling career has seen her work on TV sets, adverts, magazines and cookbooks.
