Who’s the author? Jessica Elliott Dennison was raised in London and spent time living in Sydney and Bangkok, which heavily influenced her approach to cooking.

In addition to working on Jamie Oliver’s team developing food and kitchenware products, and running the Edinburgh-based Elliott’s Café and Elliot’s Studio, Jessica’s food styling career has seen her work on TV sets, adverts, magazines and cookbooks.

What’s it about? Salad Feasts is packed with over 60 recipes that follow a simple formula: pick your favourite veg, add a filling base, some interesting contrast and crunch before finishing with a memorable dressing. Have a specific flavour in mind? Check out the ‘Go-To Ingredients’ chapter. Need a speedy supper in under 20 minutes? The ‘Quick Assembly’ chapter has got you covered.

These recipes are designed for creating shareable vegetable-forward platters, with the option to add meat or fish throughout. With beautiful photography and a collection of nine themed menus, you’ll have all the salad inspiration you need.

Perfect for: People who want to bin boring salads and get excited about veggies again.
