Who’s the author? Known as “The Godfather of Spanish Food”, José Pizarro is an award-winning chef and bestselling author of numerous hit cookbooks. The successful restaurateur runs tapas and sherry bar José and the restaurant Pizarro, as well as being the owner of establishments José Pizarro and Lolo in London, and The Swan Inn and two restaurants at The Royal Academy of Arts. You can often find him on BBC’s Saturday Kitchen and Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch.
