Who’s the author? José Pizarro is an award-winning chef and bestselling author of seven cookbooks. Also known as “The Godfather of Spanish Food”, he owns a tapas and sherry bar called José and the restaurant Pizarro. He also runs José Pizarro and Lolo in London, as well as The Swan Inn and two restaurants at The Royal Academy of Arts. Before coming to the UK, he worked at Meson de Doña Filo in Madrid. You can watch him on BBC’s Saturday Kitchen and Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch.
