What’s it about? In this new book, Melissa celebrates healthy food that is easy and affordable – food that everyone can enjoy.
We are increasingly aware of the detrimental effect that ultra-processed foods have on our health and wellbeing, but they are not always easy to avoid or cut down on, especially if you have a busy schedule and are on a budget. Melissa is on a mission to prove that delicious, wholesome, life-friendly recipes can be achievable for everyone, everyday.
Real Healthy is a practical cookbook for people who want healthy, veg-packed food that’s quick, convenient, and tasty. Melissa provides simple, doable recipes to help you tackle those tricky mealtimes – on-the-go breakfasts, al desko lunches, snacks, and sweet treats – as well as chapters on batch cooking, traybakes, and 30-minute meals. There are also helpful tips on what to look out for if you’re trying to cut down on ultra-processed food, making this your new go-to cookbook for healthy everyday eats.
Recipes we love: One-Pot Lazy Lasagne, Cherry Bakewell Granola, Take-to-Work White Bean Chilli.
