Who’s the author? Uyen Luu is a food writer and photographer who originally trained in fine art and film at Central St Martins. Having grown up learning to cook simple Vietnamese dishes by her mother, she now teaches Vietnamese cookery and hosts supper clubs from her East London studio. Her previous books include Vietnamese, Vietnamese Vegetarian and Recipes from My Vietnamese Kitchen.
