Known as “The Pasta Man,” to the millions of people who have seen his intricate, colourful pasta creations Mateo Zielonka is the head chef at 180 Studios on London’s Strand, having previously worked at popular restaurants including Polpo and Padella. Mateo also owns a pasta studio, and teaches pasta-making classes.
