Who’s the author? Claire Thomson is a bestselling author, professional chef, podcaster, and Instagram personality who is passionate about sharing her travel and cooking experience to create delicious, family-friendly recipes with her audience. 

Claire hosts The 5 O’Clock Apron podcast, where she cooks and chats with guests about their favourite recipes. On her Instagram (@5oclockapron), she shares daily snapshots of the meals she prepares for her family.
