What’s it about? In Love with Rome is a culinary love letter to the Eternal City, which has inspired, delighted and charmed visitors for centuries. With its ancient architecture and iconic landmarks, Rome is steeped in history and epic romance. This stunning book features a collection of 50 delicious recipes that showcase the city’s famous cuisine, from flavourful pasta dishes like spaghetti Cacio e Pepe and Rigatoni all’Amatriciana, to Roman classics like Pizza con Salsiccia and Risotto alle Vongole e Limone.
More than simply a recipe book, In Love with Rome, with its stunning photography, invites you to dive into the stories and indulge in a slower pace of life as you read about the famous films – such as La Dolce Vita and Eat Pray Love – that have the city as its backdrop.
Recipes we love: Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe, Buffalo Mozzarella and Rocket Pinsa, Fried Veal Escalope with Parma Ham and Sage, Panna Cotta with Amarena Cherries, Limoncello and Tonic, Italian Cream Buns.
