Who’s the author? Benjamina Ebuehi is a cook, food stylist, author and baking columnist who appeared on The Great British Bake Off in 2016. She has since pursued her passion for all things food and baking, creating content for media including BBC Good Food, Waitrose Weekend and Guardian Feast, as well as working with a number of brands ranging from Sainsbury’s to Anthropologie.

Benjamina is an ambassador for the social enterprise Luminary Bakery and co-founded The Sister Table with her sister Bonita, hosting pop-up brunches and supper clubs for women across London. Her food blog, Carrot & Crumb, was a finalist in the 2019 Saveur Blog Awards. Benjamina’s previous cookbooks include The New Way to Cake and A Good Day to Bake.
