Who’s the author? Emily Scott is a chef, restaurateur, and author of the popular weekly Substack Shore to Shore as well as cookbooks including Sea & Shore and Time & Tide, which combine her love of seafood cooking and her home of Cornwall.
In 2021 she was invited to design and cook a dinner for world leaders assembled for the G7 summer in Cornwall. Further afield, she is also executive consultant chef and creative director to the Calypso Grill in the Cayman Islands and collaborates with various food and style brands.
