Who’s the author? Seema Pankhania’s introduction to cooking was making cakes for friends at the age of 13; before long she was creating and photographing her own recipes and sharing them on Instagram. She is now a superstar food creator with 1.3 million followers across her social media platforms. She has also worked as a chef for the likes of Gordon Ramsay’s Lucky Cat, York and Albany. This is her first book.

What’s it about? There’s no doubt that Seema is passionate about food – food that dazzles and excites, food that allows you to travel the world without leaving your kitchen, food that is craveable. In this book she shares joyful, flavour-packed dishes that will wow the senses, showing how you too can unlock your creativity in the kitchen and make every meal a celebration.

Craveable encourages you to play around with the flavours you love, giving you the freedom to break the rules and – most importantly – have fun in the kitchen. With chapters organised by craving, Seema will take you on a journey of fresh, comforting, salty, sweet and celebratory meals, as well as a whole chapter of emergency dishes for when you need something delicious and nourishing, but don’t have the time or energy to spend time shopping or cooking.

Beautifully photographed and infused with Seema’s flavourful, fun approach to cooking, this cookbook is a collection of truly delicious, accessible recipes that anyone can make.

Recipes we love: Bombay Fish Finger Sandwich, Sticky Umami Mushroom Rice Bowl, Aubergine and Mushroom Iskender, Caramelised Honey and Za’atar Cheese Toastie, Spiced Rum Sticky Toffee Pudding.

Perfect for: Fans of Seema’s brilliant recipes and adventurous cooks looking for new ways to inject joy and flavour into their cooking.
