Ainsley Harriott is back on our screens with a brand new series to accompany his latest book. Ainsley’s Good Mood Food is all about taking joy in the simple pleasures of cooking and eating, whether you’re whipping up a comforting traybake for your kids or sharing a feast with a dozen friends and family members. The ten-part series, broadcast every Saturday night on ITV, showcases some of the mood-boosting, soul-soothing recipes from the book, including nostalgic treats, vibrant barbecue dishes, and plenty of sweet things.
