Mary Berry’s Burrata Caprese Sharing Platter

Mary Berry's take on the classic Italian salad is elevated with extra creamy burrata. This is the perfect starter for late summer when tomatoes are at their best.
Introduction
Caprese is an Italian salad of mozzarella, tomato and basil. We have a real passion for burrata and prefer its softness to mozzarella. Spreading the burrata on the plate makes sure each spoonful has all the wonderful flavours.
