Who’s the author? David Bez began his career in graphic design before exploring his love of salads through his blog ‘Salad Pride’, where he documented his daily office lunches. He then went on to run a café of the same name in London’s Covent Garden, before co-running the bakery, restaurant and cookery school Plant Hub in Hackney.

What’s it about? With a huge variety of vegetarian, vegan, meat and fish recipes, Salad Love is full of inspiring dishes designed to spice up your lunchbox. There are over 260 winning combinations to choose from (one for every weekday of the year) that use seasonal ingredients and take under 20 minutes to make.

The stunning photography shows off a colourful variety of salad bases, vegetables, fruit and protein as well as flavour-packed dressings and interesting toppings. Grab something fresh from the fridge, a tin from the cupboard and your favourite pre-cooked grains and follow David’s blueprint for creating striking salads every day of the week.

Perfect for: Anyone who could benefit from endless variations for salads worthy of the workplace.
