Who’s the author? Matt Tebbutt is a chef and TV presenter best known for BBC 1’s flagship food show, Saturday Kitchen and Channel 4’s Food Unwrapped. In 2020 he was voted Fortnum & Mason Food Personality of the Year. He trained under Alistair Little, Marco Pierre White and Sally Clarke.
