Who’s the author? Chef and cookbook author Gaz Oakley developed a passion for cooking at an early age; by 15, he was working in professional kitchens and honing his craft. After a few health issues, he was inspired to follow a plant-based diet and started devising delicious, innovative dishes using the classic techniques he had picked up along the way. In 2016 he launched a YouTube channel and now has over 2.5 million followers on social media. His first three books, Vegan 100, Vegan Christmas and Plants Only Kitchen were instant hits.
