Who’s the author? The Beefy Boys are four childhood friends: Anthony Murphy, Daniel Mayo-Evans, Christian Williams and Lee Symonds. They started cooking burgers and barbecuing in their back gardens about 10 years ago; before long they had decided to turn their hobby into business and were soon proving their chops in competitions, including coming second in the World Burger Championships. Starting with a food truck and pop-ups, they now have three packed restaurants and fans across the world.
