seeds from the squash (or a handful of pumpkin seeds if that's easier)
sea salt
olive oil
pearl barley, rinsed
boiling vegetable stock
garlic, crushed
watercress, roughly chopped

extra virgin olive oil
feta cheese, crumbled
pomegranate, seeds only
freshly ground black pepper
