This is possibly the simplest and quickest fish pie ever made – simply cook spinach and spring onions in a pan, add smoked fish, grate over cheese and layer the filo on top. Thrown in the oven for 15 minutes, it's easy as pie!

Sweet and Sour Chicken Noodles
5 Ingredients: chicken thighs // fine rice noodles // sugar snap peas // Worcestershire sauce // chilli jam
Jamie is a master at getting as much flavour out of a couple of chicken thighs, stripping off the skin and crisping it up alongside stir-frying tender meat with a jammy umami sauce and tossed through noodles. Sugar snaps are great here but you could use any greens that you have in the fridge.
