The tin pictured didn’t last very long once the picture had been shot: everyone kept diving in to fish out bits of honey-drizzled parsnip and blue cheese. A very moreish warm salad.

bread rolls (ciabatta, sourdough, bagels), roughly torn
parsnips, peeled and cut into 1cm half-moons
olive oil
garlic, crushed
fresh rosemary
sea salt
watercress
radishes, thinly sliced
blue cheese e.g. stilton
runny honey
For the dressing:
red wine vinegar
extra virgin olive oil
sea salt
black pepper
