Introduction
This is Alba’s favourite pie, because she is a mushroom fiend. Perfect for an autumnal or winter dinner, these little pies are easy to prep in advance – stash the cooked filling in the fridge for up to a day until you’re ready to bake. Keep some salt on the table for your portion. These make a lovely family meal with steamed greens alongside.
