Easy Paneer Curry With Spinach, Cream and Lemon
Introduction
This is my version of palak paneer, one of my favourite curries – you can put it together in almost half an hour from start to finish. Blitzing the spinach, spices and cream together into a sauce really brings the flavours together, but if you haven’t got a high-speed blender or food processor, just give the spinach a bit of a chop before cooking it.
