In true Jamie style, he shows how to put a healthier twist on a family crowd-pleaser with handy tips on how to use up what you've got in the fridge: “swap spinach out for any kind of exciting fresh or frozen greens”, he says. Topped with crunchy almonds, this is a great mac 'n' cheese recipe to have up your sleeve.
