
Jane Grigson
Jane Grigson was a highly respected and widely published food writer, regarded as one of the leading voices in cookery of her time. Celebrated for her knowledgeable yet approachable tone, she played a key role in reviving enthusiasm for traditional British cuisine. In 1990 she passed away from cancer. Her daughter, Sophie Grigson, has followed in her footsteps, gaining recognition as the host of several popular television cooking shows and the author of numerous best-selling cookbooks, such as Food for Friends and Eat Your Greens.
