
Samin Nosrat
Samin Nosrat is an acclaimed chef, teacher and writer, best known for her groundbreaking book Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat, which became both a Sunday Times Book of the Year and a New York Times bestseller. The book’s success led to a hit Netflix documentary series of the same name, which brought her joyful, approachable style of cooking to a global audience.
Alongside her writing, Samin has co-hosted the award-winning Home Cooking podcast and was a regular columnist for The New York Times Magazine. Her work continues to inspire cooks of all levels, celebrating food as a source of connection, pleasure and creativity.
