I never get tired of cooking with orzo – in this elegant dinner for two, the pasta cooks on one shelf of the oven and you get a lovely char on the broccoli by roasting it on another. The lemon zest and juice in the dressing add a wonderful citrussy hit, rounded out by the parmesan. You can scatter over toasted hazelnuts to finish, if you wish.
