Dishes we love: Deep-Fried Courgette Flowers Stuffed with Ricotta and Herbs, Lamb Rump with Salsa Verde and Amalfi Lemon Tart.
Fun fact: Theo has collaborated with Pizza Express, and created four pizzas for their autumn 2008 menu.

Theo Randall is one of Britain’s top chefs who specialises in Italian cuisine. Aside from working in his restaurant Theo Randall at the InterContinental, Theo is also a regular face on BBC’s Saturday Kitchen and often attends food festivals, including Taste of London held in Regent’s Park. Theo is proud to have two successful cookbooks to his name, My Simple Italian, (2015), which focusses on balancing top quality ingredients to make perfect flavour combinations, and PASTA, (2006) which is Theo’s first book, which celebrates some classic dishes that are served in his restaurant.
