Wait! Before you lob feta on a salad as an afterthought, have you thought about other ways you can use it to make your meals sing? Feta adds salty creaminess to dishes, and pairs well with refreshing watermelon or as a counterbalance to acidic tomatoes. Add it to fritters or pancakes, use it as a seasoning on pasta or risotto, bake it whole and serve with oregano and honey, or fry it until golden for something a little more indulgent.
