Felicity Cloake is a journalist and food writer from London. She writes for the Daily Mail, Metro, Fire & Knives magazine, New Statesman, and writes the weekly columns 'How to Make the Perfect...' and 'Readers' Recipe Swap' in the Guardian.
Her column 'How to Make the Perfect..." sees Felicity testing recipes from all the greats – Elizabeth David and Delia Smith to Nigel Slater and Simon Hopkinson – before pulling together the best points from each to create the perfect version classic dishes. Felicity's book Perfect Too is filled with 92 tried and tested recipes from perfect crème brulee to the perfect fried chicken.
Her latest book, The A-Z of eating, will be out in April 2016. The recipes in The A-Z of Eating are all themed around Felicity's favourite ingredients (A is for Almond, B is for Blue Cheese, C is for Caramel and so on).
