The Groundnut Cookbook

Who are the authors? Duval Timothy, Folayemi Brown and Jacob Fodio Todd are the dynamic trio behind The Groundnut. Their pop-up restaurants showcased the outstanding flavours, ingredients and variety of African food. Now they bring their energy and creativity to their first cookbook, with recipes that are healthy, accessible, and most of all delicious

What’s it about? The Groundnut Cookbook is a social, accessible introduction to African cooking that will show you how to make exciting, healthy food for friends and family.

Recipes we love: Groundnut Stew, Okra Muffins and Spinach, Green Bean and Pistachio Salad.

Good book for: Anyone wanting to branch out and try something new. African food is some of the best on the planet. It's easily shopped for and cooked. It’s also cheap, healthy and (most importantly!) totally delicious, but has so far largely remained off the culinary radar.

You’ll like it if: You're bored of cooking the same old recipes and are looking for something new and exciting to impress your family and friends with at the dinner table.
