Who are the authors? Fiona Hunter is a food writer and nutritionist with more than 25 years of experience. She has a degree in Nutrition and a postgraduate diploma in Dietetics and worked as a dietician in the NHS before following a career as a nutritionist and writer. Heather Whinney and Jane Lawrie are both experienced food writers and home economists. They have authored and contributed to a variety of family cookbooks.
